Well Woman Screening
Essential Elements of the Screening:
• Lifestyle Questionnaire
• Physical Examination including Breast Check
• Blood Pressure
• Body Mass Index Report and advice
• Blood tests for anaemia and Lipid Profile (cholesterol and other fats)
• Urinalysis
• Cervical Smear
• Report and advise

• Human Papilloma Virus test (wart virus)
• Rubella antibody test
Cervical Cancer - HPV Vaccination
We are now able to offer the Gardasil vaccine which is protective against four strains of HPV Virus (the main cause of cervical cancer.)
The vaccine is given as a course of 3 and is licensed for girls from the age of 9-15 and women from 16 years
